How to prepare photos for an AI video
Start with an available template and permitted photos. Check the uploaded sources, output settings and quote before confirming video generation.

The short answer
Use one clear subject per required photo slot. Upload images you own or have permission to use, review the settings and current credit quote, then inspect the completed video before sharing. No separate AI still image is generated in the direct-video workflow.
What you need
- Permission to use the images and likenesses
- A clear photo for each required scene slot
1. Choose clear photos
For a car slot, keep the complete vehicle, wheels and roof visible. For a portrait slot, use one well-lit face with space around the head. Avoid crowds, hidden features and tiny subjects.
2. Upload to the correct slots
Read the selected scene’s slot labels. Add each photo to its intended position and confirm that you have permission to use it.
3. Review sources, settings and credits
Check the uploaded thumbnails and replace unsuitable sources. Select an available duration and resolution, confirm photo permissions, and read the final credit quote before confirming generation. Complete sign-in and verification if prompted.
4. Review the finished clip
Follow the task status after confirmation. When it completes, inspect vehicle shape, faces, framing and motion before downloading within the retention period shown by the service. Sound depends on the template; add other audio only with suitable rights.
Tips
- Keep each subject large enough to identify.
- Use a similar lighting direction across source photos.
Troubleshooting
- If the car or portrait is cut off, replace the source with a wider photo before generation.
- If faces change, try a clearer source. AI likeness is not guaranteed.
- If generation fails, check the job status before retrying; avoid duplicate purchases.
Check availability and task status
Use the templates and options currently available in the generator. Example videos illustrate a scene; they do not guarantee your result or make an unavailable template ready to use.
Read the duration, resolution, credit quote and refund policy before confirming. If a charged task fails, eligible unexpired credits are returned once under the policy. A credit return is different from a cash refund request. Check the existing task status before retrying to avoid duplicate submissions.

What if my uploaded photo has the wrong crop?
Replace it with a source image that leaves more space around the vehicle or person. Check the upload thumbnail before confirming generation; a completed video may still need a different source or template.
Does the downloaded clip include licensed music?
No music license is implied by a video download. Add audio only when you have suitable rights.
